We make the cheeses with cow’s milk coming from pastures. Thanks to this, we produce Lupulus cheese with milk with an organic certificate awarded by the Catalan Council for Ecological Agricultural Production. The artisanal cow cheeses concentrate all the flavor allowing us to produce different varieties from organic, mature, semi-mature cheeses with an intense flavor. Cow’s milk contains antioxidants such as B-carotene, natural vitamin E, omega-3 and a high calcium content. Thanks to the artisanal production, Muntanyola cow cheeses benefit from this nutritional value and their consumption is recommended for everyone.
